File Uneraser extends Live Preview support by adding many new formats
The latest release of File Uneraser boosts the number of viewable file formats to 230, a definite upgrade from the version it replaces.
The updated Live Preview can now display deleted office documents, enter compressed archives, show pictures and play back music and videos stored on damaged and inaccessible disks on the fly.
Live Preview is an important usability feature found in all versions of File Uneraser. The tool does not require any third-party tools or plugins to be installed in order to preview recoverable documents. Having the ability to preview documents complete with formatting and embedded objects allows users to pick the newest version of a document to recover without having to restore all files with the same names. Similarly, Live Preview shows pictures, plays videos and music to help users choose files that suffered the least.
Live Preview serves as a built-in guarantee of successful recovery. When a file is being displayed for a preview, File Uneraser effectively recovers the file into the computer's internal memory. If the user can see the preview, the file has been effectively recovered; all that is needed to save it for future use is writing it onto a separate (healthy) disk or another partition.
